Here's the information that we require for band registration at palcoprincipal.com and the rights you give us with regard to it:
By using the Artists Area of palcoprincipal.com, you agree to be bound by these Artist Terms of Use, as well as the General
Terms of Use, as modified from time to time. Because both the Artist Terms of Use and the General Terms of Use contain
legal obligations, please read them carefully. Any violation of these Terms of Use or the General Terms of Use may result
in suspension or termination of your right to access the Artists Area of palcoprincipal.com.
Your first and last names, plus the first and last names and gender of all band members. These
names will be made public on your band's profile page, gender will remain private. You represent
that these names are the legal names of the members of your band for purposes of other
contracts you may enter into with palcoprincipal.com (promotion, retail, etc.).
A artist name and URL are collected and made public on the site. This will be the name used for
your artist page and will be your primary identification on other features of the site
(charts, search, etc.). The artist URL will be used in the form "http://www.palcoprincipal.com/artistname"
to represent you artist's page at palcoprincipal.com. You release Palco Principal from any liability arising
from your choice of URL or bandname. Furthermore, if a conflict over a name arises, Palco Principal will
not act on behalf of either party unless that party can prove that the violating party has
not responded to reasonable attemps to contact them.
Your hometown (city, state, country, postal code). palcoprincipal.com provides listings of bands
and music personalized to a visitor's geographic area. You represent that the geographical
information is correct and satisfactory for these purposes
Genre, sounds-like, and influenced-by information. palcoprincipal.com provides listings of
bands and music personalized to a visitor's music preferences. You represent that this
information is correct and satisfactory for these purposes.
By posting Content on palcoprincipal.com (including, without limitation, blogs, master recordings, artwork, photographs and tour dates) you warrant and represent that you own the Content posted by you or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and that such Content does not violate the privacy rights,
publicity rights, copyright rights or other intellectual property rights of ant third party. You agree to pay for all royalties and fees owing to any person by reason of any Content you post on Palco Principal.
Your artist bio and Photos will appear on your artist page and you release us from any
liability arising from the information contained therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required to register artist.
You further agree to maintain and update your artist information as required to keep it accurate,
current, and complete. palcoprincipal.com may terminate your rights to any or all of the
Service if any information you provide is false, inaccurate or incomplete. Furthermore you
indemnify palcoprincipal.com of any claims that may arise from the inaccuracy of the artist information.
palcoprincipal.com may syndicate your publicly available artist information to our partners for display,
searching, and filtering. The right to display this information on palcoprincipal.com and our syndicaiton
partners survives the temination of this contract.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal
information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is
necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process
served on our Web site.
